职位描述：
Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Supplier Manager,responsible for conducting product design reviews, competitive analysis and reducing product costs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
VEAExecution
? Conducts table-top evaluations and tear-down analysis of competitive product to identify differences in cost drivers.
? Reviews product designs and suggests product changes to allow for easier manufacturing and or product changes to reduce costs.
? Designs packaging to minimize cube.
? Develops should-cost estimates of new products based on historic comparables.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
? Knowledge of continual process improvement from a lean manufacturing perspective.
? Experience in a UL1598 environment a plus.
? Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct statistical analysis related to product failures.
? Excellent Microsoft office skills.
? Ability to negotiate compromise solutions.

 Education and/or Experience
? Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or 2-5 years related experience and/or training/ or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
? Bi-lingual; English and Mandarin preferred. 举报 分享
