职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE:
Act as an inside sales support for local sales, maintain & gain business from various customers.
Prepare quotation and provide solution to customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Providing friendly and professional service to our customers
2. Focal point for customers which use K+N for multiple routes / multiple transportation modes
3. Troubleshooting/solving of service problems for customers
4. Answering customer inquiries
5. Performing worldwide correspondence with the KN network
6. Close co-operation with sales force, operations and accounting departments
7. Payment follow-up with assigned customers
8. Prepare quotations to assigned customers according to sales guidance
9. Handle call-in customers
10. Assist sales for initial appointment set-up.
11. To apply the Kuehne + Nagel sales software KN Vast in it’s full extend
12 .Assist sales in presentation preparation.
13. Internal report function.
14. Assist sales for KN Login , KN FreighNet & Credit limit application.

Requirement:
1.College school graduate or above.
2.Computer skill (Excel, WMS, PowerPoint)
3.Customer service skill, Good communication & interpersonal skills

2017年毕业的学生，实习期表现良好的同学，可转正向销售业务方向培养；
上班时间：周一到周五 9:00-18:00
