职位描述：
- Manage and maintain the implementation of Huntsman’s internal EHS Standards, and the Chinese national regulation to guarantee Panyu site in compliance with Chinese national laws, regulations and standards on EHS Standards and international treaties.
- Motivate all associates to ensure the company’s business runs smoothly without jeopardizing safety, environment, employees’ occupational health and company property.
- Maintain and improve the established PSM procedures, mainly including Process Safety Information, Management of Change, Hazard Analysis, Mechanical Integrity and EHS in Project Process, to comply with Huntsman EHS Standards, regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Work with Corporate PSM team to develop local PSM practices and play an important role in the MOC, PSSR, JSA, RCA, PHA etc to provide special expertise.
- Lead the investigation and following-up process for all IH/OH incidents in line with Huntsman’s EHS standards.
- Improve training approaches to employees on EHS issues and update/inform the new published standards or regulations.
- Manage the health assessment to site associates as well as the hygiene monitoring at working place.
- Support the site for better Zero Harm, BAPP, BOCC and safety cross etc. management with visible improvement achievement each year.
- Support for organizing employees’ health check-up and the occupational health check. Make sure a sustainable IH/OH improvement plan is developed for the near future one to two years.
- Take the leadership to make sure that EHS integrate into every sectors of business. This is an essential element to maintain Huntsman’s business leadership in its operation areas, which is stated in Huntsman’s EHS policy.
- Assist EHS Manager on other assigned EHS tasks such as:
1. EHS audit for suppliers
2.Emergency response
3.EHS introduction for Customer visit
4.Security guard team and related daily business management.
5.etc.

Requirement：
University Degree, Prefer Major in chemistry/ chemical engineering. Working in a manufacturing facility with at least 3 years’ experience in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and/or Engineering functions, preferably with implementation experience in PSM & IH/OH Management program in chemical plant. 举报 分享
