1、全面负责所辖区域的渠道及团队建设、公司产品的销售及推广;
2、制定区域市场年度行销策略,提出市场推广、品牌、促销等方面的具体方向和实施方案;
3、根据公司制定的市场营销计划,带领团队出色的完成区域销售指标;
4、带领销售团队开拓新市场,发展新客户,增加产品销售范围,提升产品市场占有率;
5、负责辖区市场竞品的信息收集、整理,提出应对措施及组织实施;
任职要求:
1、5年以上工作经验,3年以上实际管理经验;有医务,法律,税务,私人银行工作经验者优先。
2、本科以上学历;
3、具备较强的团队组建能力,以及培训团队能力;
4、具备良好的市场规划能力,协调沟通能力;
5、具有良好的客户开发技巧,客户管理能力;
6、有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力;
7、所辖区域有客户资源者优先;
特别备注:特别双百万奖金:
(1)在10年内达标8次MDRT及1次COT,可获得100万奖金;
(2)在10年内晋升为资深业务总监可获得100万奖金。
Job Description:
1、Responsibility for the area of the channel and team construction, the company's products sales and promotion
2、Making annual marketing strategies for regional market, and puts forward marketing, brand, promotion of specific direction and implementation plan;
3、According to the company's marketing plan, lead the team to better achieve regional sales target;
4、Lead sales team to develop new markets, develop new customers, increase product sales range, improve product market share;
5、Responsible for the jurisdiction of market competing goods information collecting, sorting, put forward the countermeasures and organize their implementation;
Requirement:
1、More than 5-years sales experiences, at least 3 years as the sales director or the sales manager experiences, at least CNY 80,000.00 income last year. Medical, law, tax, private bank working experience is preferred;
2、Bachelor degree or above is required;
3、With strong ability for assembling the team, as well as the training team ability;
4、Good market planning ability, communication ability and coordination;
5、With good customer development skills, customer management ability;
6、A sense of responsibility, can work under high pressure;
7、Have customer resources is preferred;
Special note: the special double hundred million bonus:
(1)Obtain 1 million bonus that if you achieve 8 times MDRT one COT within the next 10 years
(2)Obtain 1 million bonus that if you promotion to senior director within the next 10 years
