Junior Office Executive外贸助理（只接受英文或中英文简历）


A rapidly growing, innovative European packaging company are looking for a dynamic young person to join their Team. The role is based in their Guangzhou office in Dongpu. It would ideally suit a bright person who has a good education and excellent language skills, who is looking for a position within an expanding company to start to develop their career.

The role will include handling purchase orders and preparing order confirmations, invoices and shipping documents for customers, helping to managing shipments of products from China to customers’ worldwide, completing quality control on all shipments, photographing samples received in our China office for customer review, preparing sample books, filing and general office administration. In addition, you will learn how to source new product, negotiate with suppliers and deal with global customers as part of your on the job training.

Candidates will need strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese to deal with suppliers, customers and staff overseas; show initiative and have good time management skills and skills in Microsoft Office, Email and using the Internet are a necessity. While some specific job experience would be useful this is not a necessity as on the job training will be provided.
