我们需要你：
1、品尝并学习我司各个系列产品，锁定自己擅长的产品系列；【无需担心完全不懂，公司提供一系列技术、业务、管理晋升培训】
2、给客户提供饮品解决方案，反馈产品研发需求，沟通生产计划；【不知如何开口？不必担心，接受专业业务培训学习，更有大量资料教给您】；
3、进行商圈调研并积累客户资源；【市场导师实战培训，匹配大量的潜在客户信息，手把手教你如何开发客户，助您快速完成前期积累】；
5、挖掘客户需求，匹配相应产品及服务，解说并冲泡饮品给客户品尝；
6、进行商务交流，促成新客户饮品订单成交；【从带看到成交，师傅一对一帮扶，带您成功挖掘第一桶金】
7、关注客户消耗进度，定期维护客户以及完成订单续签工作；【客户资源只会越做越多，需求开发只会越来越准，收入水平只会越来越高！成功你看得见！】
8、利用公司及自由资源，组建团队；【不想当将军的兵不是好兵】

薪资福利：
1、年薪保障：基本年薪+津贴（餐饮津贴、通讯津贴、话费津贴等）+业绩提成+各项福利（保险福利、假期福利、生日福利、健康体检、人文关怀、旅游福利等）；
2、集团产品多样，客户群体广，业务沉淀，佣金稳定，高额佣金提成5%-20%；
3、工作时间：五天工作制，周末双休，工作时间自由，活动自由；
4、晋升渠道完善：市场拓展专员——市场运营主管——市场经理——营销中心总监（每1-3个月进行一次晋升评级评估）；
5、拥有自主招聘的权利，广纳英才，共创伟业；
6、新人享有1-4周业务体验培训学习，期间享有津贴及业务提成；
