职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1.Follow up and monitor project schedule to guarantee smooth mass production;
2.Identify project risks and make recommendations to minimize them;
3.Support supplier, quality, production department to solve problems in case of quality issues;
4.Industrialize and homologate new components for new project;
5.Develop and create engineering solutions to meet project target considering cost, schedule and technical requirements;
6.Provide regular program status to management;
7.Take ad hoc assignments from superior.

工作职责：
1.跟进并监控项目日程，保证量产的顺利进行；
2.确定项目风险，提出最小化风险的方法建议；
3.协助供应商、质量部、生产部一起解决出现的质量问题；
4.为新项目工业化并批准新部件；
5.开发创新工程解决方案，符合成本、日程、技术要求方面的项目目标；
6.向管理人员提供项目常规情况信息；
7.完成上级安排的其他任务。

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree with engineering, tooling or mechanical background;
2.more than 3 years’ experience in project follow up or management in manufacturing company;
3.familiar with tooling, proficient in 3D software(UG and Auto CAD), good knowledge in stamping tooling and plastic mold, good knowledge in project management;
4.Fluent technical English in both oral and written.

任职资格：
1. 本科或以上学历，机械、模具或相关工科专业；
2. 三年以上制造业的产品项目跟进或管理的工作经验；
3. 熟悉五金/塑胶模具结构，能够熟练使用3D制图（UG/CAD等设计软件），对五金、塑胶等产品以及相关工艺,有一定的了解及认识；
