GENERAL SUMMARY: The Process Management Specialist conduct the audit to evaluate the process compliance & effectiveness, monitor project quality to identify project risk and quality trend, report the findings to Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Process Management
? Work effectively with project managers and project team members to ensure the project team follow the process
? Develop project quality plan together with project manager
? Participant in the project meetings to understand the project status
? Review typical project work products to evaluate the quality
? Generate weekly project tracking report and release to project manager
? Report the project findings to Director
? Develop project quality report at each milestone
? Conduct QA Release
? Collect process improvement suggestions and lessons learnt from project team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities
Functional Competencies:
? Good understanding about configuration management
?? Good understanding of quality systems
? Skill in auditing
? Skill in training
? Knowledge of CMM/CMMI
? Knowledge of PMBOK is preferred
? Knowledge of ISO27001 is preferred
Interpersonal Competencies:
? Ability to effectively manage their time in order to finish tasks on schedule
? Escalates issues appropriately to manager
? Excellent communication skills
? Good documentation skills
? Great attention to detail
? Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
? Ability to follow direction
? Must project a professional attitude
? Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team
? Very good written and oral communication skills

2) Experience:
Must have 1+ year experience in software industry as Process Management, Project Management,
Must have a working knowledge of CMM/CMMI; Level 5 is preferred
Experience on process improvement or SEPG member is preferred
Knowledge on ISO27001 or ISO20000 is preferred
3) Minimum educational level:
B.S. Computer Science/Management/PM
