PREREQUISITES
1. Engineering (BSEE or BSME) or technical degree + 5 yrs experience in high volume manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Be familiar with failure analysis and quality control of optical components / products.
3. Know well about imaging Optical.
4. Equivalency should include technical training and/or experience that demonstrate capability to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
5. Demonstrated skills to include strong written and oral communication, leadership, process development, administration and change management.
6. Breadth in Quality systems knowledge, process control and statistical methodologies.
7. Ability to lead and motivate people-good team player.
8. Ability to analyze data, drive root cause using analytical and/or statistical tools.
9. Desire to continually improve the process and efficiency of the supply base.
10. Understanding of the quality system, regulatory requirements and how they relate to the business.
11. Result oriented, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical personnel.
12. Willing to travel both domestically and internationally, approximately 25% of the time.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Perform quality audit at the supplier's site when required and issue resultant reports.
2. Initiate SCARs for unacceptable trends on performance and champion the closure of supplier corrective / preventive actions.
3. Use Supplier Performance Data Record spreadsheets for all suppliers and issue performance status reports to individual suppliers.
4. Escalate issues and declining trends to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
5. Monitor CAR database providing support to local QE in completing SCARs on time.
6. Provide accurate, timely feedback of supplier issues to the workcell teams.
7. Assist local CMs by preparing regular supplier report cards.
8. Be the focal contact point between the workcell QE, Incoming Inspection and the supplier.
9. Development of supplier quality objectives.
11. Protecting Jabil manufacturing lines from supplier issues.
12. Open communication with the supply base, focusing on preventive actions and activities and ensure Jabil expectations are clearly communicated to the supply base.
13. Monitoring performance metric and leading the supplier in improvement efforts.
14. Understand and drive supplier product control plans to meet customer quality needs at the lower cost.
15. Assist with getting suppliers on Dock-To-Stock status.
16. Develop Supplier Improvement Plans by utilizing Supplier Performance Reports, Audit Reports, CAR database, etc.
17. Ensure suppliers have the most current and newest revisions of documentation and specifications.

Job Responsibilities:
1. To establish, maintain and monitor a supplier quality control system in qualification, continuous improvement and quality performance rating to ensure incoming quality control;
2. Drive and co-ordinate quality issue related to supplier problem with purchasing, IQC engineering and supplier;
3. Formulate and prepare department's report pertaining supplier quality performance;
4. To assist IQC on technical support for the receiving inspection;
5. Conduct supplier survey, plant audit and supplier qualification;
6. Provide support and assistant in quality related issue and problem solving.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree holder, major in mechanical, electronic related is preferred;At least 3 years or above solid experience in supplier management field;Possesses above 5 years related experience in which 1 or 2 years as supervisor role if apply the senior level;
2. Be familiar with the quality tools such as the five manuals of QS9000 and TS16949;
3. Excellent communication skills with good English ability, verbal English is a must;
4. A team player with clear mind
