PURPOSE
This job function has a strong emphasis on order management related competences with essential work in SAP skill. Also needs to be familiar with office admin activities. This job function is working in the sales and procurement team responsible for electronics hardware, especially driver sales in China and daily support for office staff.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order processing, including the order confirmation, lead time and logistic etc.
- Order inquiries, delivery and transportation of goods
- Processing sales data in SAP system
- Arrange the samples delivery for TX’s project
- Import Declaration (document preparation, system reports, transportation)
- Submit weekly sales reports, monthly gross profit reports
- Monthly reconciliation of Vendor & Customer
- Office admin activities
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc; Preferably 3-5 years of practical experience
- Experience on order processing, SAP experience is plus
- Experience on sales or customer service is plus
- Familiar with office software
- Good working attitude, willingness to learn
- Good command of English and Computer Skills
- Sense of urgency and high resilience level
- Ability to work under stress and ambiguity
