职位描述：
工作内容
1、负责现金及支票的管理。
2、严格按照公司的财务制度报销结算公司各项费用并编制相关凭证
3、及时准确编制记账凭证并逐笔登记明细账，定期上缴各种完整的原始凭证
4、定期与银行对账
5、配合会计人员做好每月的报税和工资的发放工作
6、管理银行账户、转账支票与发票
7、做好会计档案保存工作
8、领导分派的其他任务等

要求：
1、会计、财务及经济管理类相关专业大专以上文凭，持有会计上岗证；
2、工作细致，有责任心，协调沟通能力强。
3、有至少3年工作经验，熟悉财务软件及各种办公软件。
4、 熟悉外汇业务
5、 有团队精神，工作积极主动。
6. 有一定的英文说写能力。

Responsibilities:
Bank and Cash & Check Remittance Management, such as check daily cash balance, check remittance related work and make reconciliation, prepare payment slips and got to banks and tax office
Invoices management, such as issue invoices. Collect invoices and supporting documents from landlords/vendors for client disbursements
Support finance director on tax & customs related task and so on.
Daily Reimbursement management
Prepare all the necessary receipts and accounting documents and timely hand them over to finance or accountant.



Qualification:
Major in accounting or finance or relative, hold accountant certificate
Careful and responsible ,has strong communication ability
At least three years cashier or relative experience, can handle financial software and all kinds of office software.
Can deal with foreign currency.
Team worker, and positive
Can write and speak English fluently
