Senior Sourcing
< Job Responsibilities >:

1. Source various kinds of products ( toys, promotional items, bikes, BBQ stove, scooters, etc. )
throughout mainland China.
2. Source new suppliers, analyze suppliers' quote, performance, capability and capacity in order to make appropriate sourcing decisions.

3. Effectively Negotiate price based on an in-depth understanding of product and components to achieve objectives.
4. Identify and resolve issues with suppliers for payment term, shipping, services, etc.
5. Present solutions that mitigate risk while maintaining profitability.
6. Conduct factory audit.

< Minimum Qualifications >
* At least 4-5 year solid sourcing experience in related area, preferably with Foreign company.
* Some Technical knowledge is required. Understanding of specification, components, component suppliers. Good production knowledge.
* Creative & able to develop alternative solutions to achieve product and business objectives.
* In-depth knowledge of relevant suppliers and factories. Able to understand and differentiate between various manufacturers.
* Detailed knowledge and use of component costing.
* Able to take charge of time and action plans in accordance with Chile head office.
* Able to work under pressure, and manage projects well & efficiently.
* Good Team player who always works respectfully with associates and suppliers from different cultures, and internal team.
* High sense of urgency, strong sense of responsibility.
* Excellent communication skills + Negotiation skills. Clear, organized, persuative & honesty.
* Fluent in English and local language.
* Relevant experience with trade shows sourcing, factory audit process.
