职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Leads and coordinate a cross functional plant team to complete all program launch activities. Coordinate the plant resource to ensure the program smoothly launch in plant.
2. Is responsible to execute all ClauS deliverables, specifically all plant tasks and deliverables for new product launches including tool release, purchase and installation and commission of all tooling and equipment, run at rate, hiring and training, Power Builds, all PPAP’s, supplier readiness reviews and meeting all customer requirements and MRDs.
3. Handle Tooling and Equipment tracker from kick off to validation.
4. Make and lead Run&Rate based on project’s milestone. Track the Run&Rate result and make the roadmaps for target with team.
5. Develop the Ramp up plan. Gap analysis and roadmaps for plant targets including material, scrap, production cycle time, tool cost and capital investment. Maintains shared responsibility to meet all operational financial targets with the plant/division teams.
6. Leads launch morning meeting and board reviews, handle and follow up the open issues list.
7. Utilizes the concepts of continuous improvement including Lean.
8. Engineering Change Coordination
9. Inter-Company Coordination
10. Proto-type and Sample building Coordination
11. Management of Customer and Cooper Systems within the program management requirements. (VPP, Alerts, EnterProj, Wind-chill, etc.)
12. Ensures Housekeeping and Health & Safety Standards are maintained.
13. Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as TS 16949 and ISO 14001.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive Engineering and/or Manufacturing.
3. In-depth understanding and application of concepts, theories and principles in program management.
4. Identifies & Coordinates the resolution of issues related to programs or processes
5. Good communication skills in English, verbal and written.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong communication skills.
