职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司跨境电商销售渠道（如Ebay/Amazon/速卖通等）运营管理；
2、国外Ebay/Amazon/速卖通市场分析、平台规则及销售促销推广方法，制定及调整各项销售宣传推广策略
3、做好站内运营，利用好促销和点击付费；做好站外引流推广；
4、熟悉各个平台的上架规则以及推广技巧和社交平台分享网站推广。
5、收集分析市场状况及竞争对手状况，分析产品优劣势与同类产品销售卖家的情况，制定推广与销售计划。
6、完成上级领导交办的其他临时工作。

任职要求：
1、专科（含）以上学历，英语读、写能力强；
2、二年以上Ebay/亚马逊/速卖通平台独立操作经验，一年以上Ebay/Amazon/速卖通团队管理经验
3、很强的学习能力和求知欲，能敏锐捕捉电子商务市场的动向和最新资讯；
4、协调和沟通能力强，有一定数据分析能力，能根据各种数据的变化监控和分析电子商务运营状态和问题；
5、有汽摩配电商运营经营者优先。
