网络平台运营人才合伙人招募：
目的：为了扩大我司面对全球市场的网络平台经营范围，诚招各类型平台的运营人才
运营人才需要何等才能：
只要求你非常能吃，且，非常能吃苦。
运营，翻译一下，就是卖货。
你需要会上货，知道卖货的方法，知道分析如何卖货，当然为了卖货必要的文案也是你的活儿。
另外，我们是卖车灯的电商，所以搞得不好，你就可以买辆车，搞得好买个房子也是很快的事情。
只是，电商运营的核心岗位，你能hold住？

通常要求是： 我们的要求是：

1.大专以上学历，电子商务、市场营销等专业； 1、专业不是关键，学历也不是问题，我们关心的是你的能；
2.性格开朗，思维活跃，善于沟通，有良好的团队精神； 2、性格你随意，沟通真诚就好，你是团长你说了算。
3.熟悉淘宝的运营环境、交易规则等，对淘宝推广方式 3、平台的大梁是你来挑，所以平台的各项皮毛你不懂怎么行
和渠道，以及淘宝客服工作有一定的了解；

职业方向：可晋升为网店店长

职位描述:运营网店、策划网店活动、聚集流量、提高销售
1.配合公司与你合作的网店运营团队进行店铺全面运营、管理、推广工作，达成业绩目标；
2.熟悉网络销售平台的运营环境、交易规则等，了解网上销售各个环节，了解产品上下架、页面编辑、产品图片编辑、价格制定等，做好店铺各个流程之间的衔接沟通；
3.协助网销部经理定期策划淘宝网店活动，提升网店名气，聚集流量和人气，形成销售；
4.根据量子数据和魔方数据分析统计，反映店内和市场及时动态，为店长的决策提供依据；
5.认真落实店长安排的各方面工作，以及协助其维护客服关系。
