ACTIVITIES（工作行为，主要指日常的，具有代表性的工作行为）
- Product Development: Responsible for development of new adhesive products for different market segments. Direct lab bench work required for product development duties. Must be capable of safely working on the bench with various chemicals. Development work to be guided through use of Design of Experiments.
- Business Development: Work with Marketing/Sales or customer base to develop and test products for new applications and evaluate new market opportunities. Support Marketing/Sales initiatives through direct communication with customers to convey product capabilities and assist in resolving difficult issues
- Analytical Analysis: Collaborate with Analytical group to resolve customer issues with adhesive and/or end application production
- System and Procedures: Comply 100% with EHS and Quality management system policies and requirements. Utilization of Stage-Gate project management.
- Technical Support: Responsible for technical assistance to: 1) target customers, 2) Bostik Manufacturing. Responsible for scale up of new products from laboratory to full commercialization.
- Technology Transfer and Updates: Develop technical contacts with global internal affiliates and strategic suppliers to maintain alignment with front tier technology, identify opportunities and manage technology transfer.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports as required.
- Other: Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure; Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ

- The position requires 30% domestic/international travel.
- The position is under the pressure of fast growth and needs to manage new product line, new application and new markets.
ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责，指职位本身所需要承担的责任或义务）
- Ensure personal daily activities in compliance with EHS and lab requirements.
- Complete NPD/PM/TA projects assigned on schedule.
- Provide technical support to production, customer complaints, customer trial, customer training, etc timely
- Regular report timely
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED（能力/经验要求，此岗位具体的学历、经验及各项能力要求）
- M.S or B.S with qualified related experience. Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field.
- Results-oriented, aggressive but a team player.
- Rigorous analytical approach to new product development
- Open-minded, creative and innovative.
- Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills, English proficiency is plus. 举报 分享
