职位描述：
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The business process Manager (BPM) is accountable and responsible for projects and business processes management supporting the regional Business Platform imperative. By holding the team together, BPM is responsible for driving of changes to the organization, as well as responsible for the development and execution of proper projects

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
? Leading a business analyst and cross functional team in business requirement analysis, business case review, approvals, work direction, status reporting and value stream assessment.
? Prepare and manage Project Budgets (staff, OpEx, CapEx) ; Project planning/facilitating communications/risk mitigating/coordinating with stakeholders.
? Demonstrate the development and promotion of Project methodology by Say/Do.
? Collaborate with solution team on the deliverables
? Establish and support Business process team in sustaining the system/solution value in the organization.
? Ensure the change management are well controlled, proper addressed and escalated
? Establish process-related policies, standards, governance and methodologies to enable business to seamlessly adopt a process culture.

? Business process team for business sustainable development
? Business process blueprint
? Business re-engineering/re-build proposal.
? Change requirement specification
? Develop project charter and plans including resources, timelines, milestones, budget and scope
? Establish project controls regarding budget, scope, timeline and resources in compliance with Program Management guidelines
? Provides Project Status reporting to Steering team
? Recommends on business improvement efforts.
