Job Description
His main responsibilities are to:
· Plan PPQA activities on project
· Prepare and track defect prevention plan for all development projects
· Conduct process reviews of the software development activities applied on project
· Perform focused audits on projects and report the results
· Evaluate the work products as per the standards. Review project documentation / conduct meetings or discussions in order to understand the current state of each project's compliance with MMSE processes
· Participate in the milestone reviews
· Participate in project activities to observe the process. Participate in regular Project Reviews, Work Product Reviews
· Communicate, track and ensure resolution of all (process and work-products) non-compliances
· Report the quality assurance results
· Mentor project teams about the Organization Quality Processes
· Escalate issues and non-compliances
· Ensure that project process issues and compliance to MMSE/CMMI/SPICE issues are resolved.
Required skills and Abilities
Education: Electronics Degree
Language: Fluent English
Computer skills: Office Automation Application - good level
Other Competencies:
· Experience of C, C++ SW design
· Knowledge of SW Development process in a context of embedded real time SW development
· Experience on CMMI or Spice SW process
· Basic knowledge of Quality tools like Risk Assessment, Review management.
