- Purpose of position
-Ensures all employee programs are in compliance with labor law
- Administers human resources policies associated with payroll, salary administration and employee and labor relations.
- Maintains staff information records and personnel documents, including job descriptions, employee handbooks and employment letters.
- Participates in salary and benefits surveys.
- Responsibility
-The implementation of training planning
- Complete other work task assigned by higher leader
-SKILLS :
-College or above in Administration
- At least one year of work experience, familiar with Labor Regulation
- Familiar with operation of Training module
- Good interpersonal communication skill and learning capability
-Gould communication in English
