Top Merchant Specialist
Customer Solutions Agent - Cantonese Speaker 广东话客户服务代表
Team introduction:
TMP team was established in Apr 2013, provide dedicated service (one stop service) from starting 98 to top 184 sellers (with 4700+ accounts) in Greater China in 2015, who contribute more than 40% GC GMV.
Team value
- Providing one-stop service through both email and phone channels.
- Service time includes not only office hours (9am-6pm) but also non-office hours (6pm-12am)
- Outbound service to follow up sellers’ requests instantly
- Handling requests from sellers and supporting their AMs
- Working with BU, BM, & GC Risk &Trust team closely to help sellers’ business growth
General Summary:
Proactive communicate with customer or respond to customer (either in Hongkong or other Cantonese speaking area) inquiries via email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Specific Duties:
? Respond to email/phone inquiries, solve customer’s inquiry timely
? Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
? Troubleshoot and identify issues
? Research accounts and transactions to investigate solution to contact issue
? Provide accurate and complete solution to contacts
? Show politeness and a willingness to assist
? Take ownership for resolution of the contact
? Create a relationship of trust between members and eBay
? Summarize and provide customer feedback to management
? Perform related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
? Having customer service experienced required – preferably in a call center, internet
? Good Cantonese speaking capability. Native Cantonese preferred
? Good oral and written English skill
? Bachelor Degree or Equivalent work experience preferred
? More than 1 year experience in a customer support environment preferred
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Effective skills with internet navigation
? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet
? Team work, good communication skills and self-motivated
