市场推广及传讯

Marketing Communications

1. 灵活运用设计排版软件（包含：adobe photoshop, illustrator, indesign, etc.）。
Flexibly use the artwork design software inclusive of Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, etc.
2.协助星梦邮轮的宣传资料设计、平面设计、广告设计。
Assists in designing the brand advertising and collaterals.
3. 协助公司大型市场活动、展会、公司内部活动宣传品的设计与安装、实施。
Assists in designing marketing activities and exhibition materials, also installation and implementation.
4.协助确保所有星梦邮轮广告和宣传材料（本地印刷品物料等）符合星梦邮轮品牌标准。
Assists in ensuring all advertising and collateral comply with Dream Cruises brand standards.
5. 协助完成星梦邮轮礼品设计以及管理礼品存放仓库。
Assist in the completion of DC giveaways design and manage the giveaways warehouse.
6.与其他部门和旅行社合作并支持其有关星梦邮轮宣传及设计的需要。
Works with other departments and TAs to support their communications design needs of Dream Cruises.
7.维持并更新星梦邮轮中国区市场推广工具资料库以及旅行社活动，联合推广活动操作手册。
Maintains and updates the Dream Cruises Marketing Tools Library and TA Activity & Joint Event Operation Manual.
8. 为部门保存所有购销协议、合同和报价。
Maintains records of all purchase agreements, contracts and quotes for the dept.
9. 24小时内及时处理工作需求。
Responds to work request within 24 hours.

行政
Administration
1. 辅助星梦邮轮市场推广传讯策略的执行（目标、策略和行动）。
Assists in the implementation of the Dream Cruises Marketing Communications Strategy (goals, tactics and actions).
2. 协助品牌创意经理，确保星梦邮轮市场推广传讯活动与品牌营销策略一致，对星梦邮轮活动予以适当执行。
Assists the Public Relations Manager to ensure that the Marketing Communications activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Dream Cruises Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
3. 为部门进行行政管理支持工作。
Provides administrative support to the Department.

Other Duties
1. 理解并严格执行员工手册中的规章制度，以及消防安全、安全健康等其他政策。
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the brand’s policies concerning fire, health and safety.
2. 保证高标准的仪态妆容。
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
3. 在任何情况下都需用负责的态度处理事务，展现品牌正面形象。
Exercises responsible behavior at all times and positively representing the brand.
4.与竞争者、商务合作伙伴和其他组织的相关代表保持专业的紧密联系。
Maintains strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives from competitor, business partners and other organizations.
5.对行业、公司和邮轮品牌方面的市场推广传讯功能变化做出反应。
Responds to changes in the Marketing Communications function in the industry, company and Cruises field.
