KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and supervise customer complaints and quality issues during producing process and responsible for promoting and improving the process and procedure of QA

Make department annual budget and control departmental expense

Responsible for the operation of ISO9000&ISO22000 system in factory and external recognition, approval to ensure the appropriate and effective operation of system

Responsible for receiving various supervision and check from external organizations including product certification organization, quality reorganization organization and governmental liaison

Manage and supervise the quality of raw material and producing process and conduct evaluation and test for finished goods

Responsible for department management including training, performance appraisal, evaluation and motivation

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Good judgment and analysis ability to quality assurance to raw material and producing process and finished goods test

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to use English as a written and oral tool

Computer literacy such as PPT/WORD/EXCEL

EXPERIENCE:

Over 5 years working experienced in QA field in FMCG industries

Over 3 years managerial experience in QA team leading and project management
