POSITION SUMMARY职位概述
This position will focus on developing sales and marketing activities in South China. Manage a sales territory to promote APL’s broad range of services with focus on profitability, service excellence, and customer satisfaction with the primary goal of delivering the assigned sales budget.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责
-Meet or exceed sales budget
-Focus on customer satisfaction and profitability
-Give booking guideline and monitor booking status, aim to achieve full utilization
-Work closely with overseas counterparts on account strategies
-Provide market intelligence to trades as required
-Cross departmental coordination to improve efficiency
-Develop and maintain sales territory which includes:
Conduct sales call and follow up on all sales leads.
Analyse and react to market situation and formulate strategies.
Secure and develop profitable business and expand business opportunities from existing customers.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT技能要求
--College/University degree required
- Minimum 2 year experience in industry sales
- Communication skills, listening skills, problem solving, Industry knowledge, tolerance of ambiguity
- Customer Focus,Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
- Perspective,Looks toward the broadest possible view of an issue/challenge, has broad-ranging personal and business interests and pursuits; can easily pose future scenarios; can think globally; can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future.
- Resilience,Able to deal with rejection professionally while maintaining relationships and pursuing business opportunities.
- Strong PC skills
- Fluency in Cantonese & English, written and spoken.
- Demonstrated the ability to work independently
- Good in planning and time management
