职位描述：

- Supplier qualification via SAM/Process audit.

- Part qualification via PPEP.

- Supplier quality performance management.

1. Establish supplier quality management orientation according to SSQM (Schneider Electric Supplier Quality Management) policy to match the entity business and strategy.

2. To manage SQA team performance and daily working, KPI monitoring and internal improvement.

3. To maintain and implement supplier quality management procedure, including:
(1) Supplier Approval Module (SAM):
- Coordinate purchasing to complete Schneider Electric SAM audit plan
- Arrange SQE to execute the audit
- Follow the SAM supplier status to achieve the target
(2) Supplier Qualification Module (SQM):
- Lead PPEP (Part Product Evaluation Plan) for all localization projects with cross function
- Samples validation
- Collect related files and evaluate them until PPEP approved
(3) Supplier Performance Module (SPM):
- Pilot the containment, corrective and preventives actions to solve the technical quality issues with
supplier by using the 8D methodology, Flow chart, FMEA, Control chart etc quality tools
- Supplier performance(DPMe/DPMi) statistics/analysis/improvement
- Focus on biggest issues solving such as customer complaint/batch materials issue

4. To maintain and implement material incoming quality inspection procedure, then reduce IQC missing checking rate and enhance IQC efficiency continuously to achieve target

5. To support top management to fulfill/identify/solve related project or quality issues with cross function by team working.

Other requirement:

- 5+ year experience in industrial environment for supplier quality assurance field in multi-national company.
- Rich experience on quality tools application, such as 6 sigma, PFMEA, PPAP, etc..
