Job responsilities:
? Provide data analysis and support to commercial negotiations and to follow up on outstanding actions
? Track and monitor supplier performance to ensure that the Mothercare receives consistently high levels of service and identify opportunities for improvement and commercial advantage
? Track and monitor franchise partners in their location to assist the senior understand their needs and requirements to deliver sales plans
? Lead production planning to ensure that local capacity plans and requirements are sufficient to deliver the sourcing strategy
? Key in purchase orders to meet production schedule timelines
? Create and manage critical path for all products and communicate deviations to the team and UK.
? Understand all the lead time involved in the manufacturing process.
? Approve goods for shipment in conjunction with UK, Quality and Shipping department.
? Manage any packaging requirements including labels, boxes, hangers, sewing tickets etc.
? Ensure effective management of communication with factory base.
? Ensure all systems are kept up to date with live information Ex. Critical path Production Events.
? Responsible for ensuring on time delivery to the agreed plan.
? Understand all the lead time involved in the manufacturing process.
? Approve goods for shipment in conjunction with UK, Quality and Shipping department.
? Ensure volume is updated on cost model from initial line detail and updated based on regular production forecasts – ensuring cost model is updated at all times.
? Support the implementation of Mothercare group Responsible Sourcing code of conduct in the supply base.

Requirement:
1. 1 years + clothing experience in sourcing industry
2. Production & Operations Management, production planning and scheduling
3. Good customer needs analysis, data analysis and reporting
4. Fluent English in communication, also good computer skill
