Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities 工作职责:

Focus on all aspects in MEP issue in project delivery, including design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. Deliver the best possible outcome for our client’s.

Be expertise of MEP code and regulation
熟悉且掌握机电规范和要求

Provide MEP advice to manage other consultants, contractors and suppliers
在管理其他的顾问公司、承包商和供应商能提供机电方面的建议

Provide MEP support and assessment to lead Project Manager of projects.
为项目经理领导提供有关机电的支持和评估

Evaluate the lifecycle cost for MEP equipment selection
在机电设备选型时，评估设备全生命周期成本

Review MEP design provided by designer
评审机电设计

Establish MEP inspection check list and protocol
建立机电检查核对表和草案

Develop the testing and commissioning (T&C) strategy. Review and approve T&C plan.
制定测试与调试战略。检查和批准测试与调试计划。

Prepare technical document for tendering
为招标准备技术文件

Coordinate with cost manager to review and conduct VO for MEP design.
与成本经理一起检查和管理机电设计变更

Provide general MEP engineering advice and support to project teams and clients as required
能够按项目组和客户的要求就机电工程提供建议和支持工作。

Verify construction progress and quality
检验施工过程和质量


Requirements 工作要求:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Electrical, HVAC etc.) or equivalent
大学本科或以上学历，工程管理、工程类（电、暖通等）或相关专业

10+ years relevant experience
十年左右相关经验

Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation
熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规

Be able to multitask and manage priorities
能按照事情优先性进行多项目管理

Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need
能够前瞻性地发现工作需要

Be able to adopt change according to company business plan
能适应公司业务发展计划带来的变化

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
优秀的组织能力和关注细节

Basic English, both spoken and written, good English is an advantage.
