Job Description:
 
1) Reporting Functions

? Assist FC to prepare yearly budget and quarterly forecast with local management team and arrange the timely follow up meeting and review the results with KPIs setting.
? Assist FC to prepare various internal/external reporting inclusive HFM reporting, local GAAP vs IFRS GAAP analysis, cash flow reports, production efficiency follow up reports and other management reports as request by group F&A team.
? Assist FC to prepare the monthly review package materials/PPTs, and set the internal review meeting with local management team and draft the meeting minutes and monitor timely on the follow up results.
? Assist FC to issue internal control procedures and policies, meanwhile assist FC to enhance the internal control effectiveness inclusive but not limit to sales price approval, inventory control, cash flow management, property insurance etc.
? Assist FC to follow up internal audit issues and improvement actions with local management team.
? Other reporting tasks assigned by FC.

2) F&A functions

? Cash flow control. Organize the regular review meeting with sales team to push good collection results, to manage the Cash flow within tight control, to monitor the working capital in a health tread.
? Take care of the daily Accounting affairs and ensure a clean & accurate month end closing with solid and concrete analysis for the vibration of actual versus plan.
? Experienced in GL & costing functions, and provide improvement scheme for costing model.
? In charge of Inventory stocktaking, FA stocktaking, cycle counting follow up with warehouse & workshop guys, do timely adjustments according to validated physical counting.
? Timely review and update on costing BOM with operational dept, set up standard cost of inventory (RM, SFG/FG) at early year and monitor the variance of actual versus standard, rectify standard labor cost on monthly/quarterly. Work with production engineering or R&D colleagues on standard labor hours and machine hours set up, and reflect to standard cost;
? Raw material price control with SCM Dept, set saving target on material and follow up the cost down results and effectiveness, scrap analysis with workshop staffs.
? B2B, B2C products Price module set up, quotation check and validation to sales guy.
? Take care of General ledger jobs related to SG&A expenses, set up forecast targets to cost centers to cut down cost & expenses, SG&A bridge analysis etc.

3) ERP functions
? Experienced in ERP functions especially Fin related models (Finance, controlling, MRP, Sales, Inventory management, etc), good concepts and effective measures to implement the optimization programs with synergized & integrated ERP tools.



Qualifications & Requests:

? Experienced in costing (especially in standard cost setting, optimization, ERP synergies) and general ledger management.
? Experienced in group reporting and local reporting and can do a good reconciliation between 2 GAAPs.
? Experienced in internal control procedures, good concept on cost & expenses control.
? Familiar with ERP system, AX or SAP experience is a plus;
? Bachelor degree or above in Finance & Accounting;
? Foreign company background, Multinational company working experiences is a plus;
? Fluent in English especially writing, CET 4 or same level is a must;
? Can work under high pressure, flexible to overtime when needed;
? Good team player;
