职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司订单的处理与跟进；
2、接待客户咨询，与快递及物流公司联系安排发货或样品，跟进货款的回收。定期客户回访，收集客户反馈资讯，反映上级；
3、负责公司网站和阿里巴巴的产品发布、管理及推广；
4、负责公司文件文档管理及发送；
5、完成上级交给的其它临时性工作。

任职要求：
1、有责任心，工作细致耐心，办事有条不紊，具有良好的沟通能力、积极热情、普通话标准。
2、打字速度快50字/分以上，良好的服务意识。
3、 熟悉销售助理工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备及相关工作经验者优先。
