YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
1. Taxation Accounting
- Conduct tax calculation (e.g. VAT, company income tax, stamp duty, local surcharges), prepare tax returns and perform electronic filing via the tax websites; conduct monthly and quarterly tax forecast, analyze and reconcile tax accounts on a monthly basis; prepare tax reports, analysis and TP reports within the required schedule; keep abreast of China tax laws and regulations, and maintain records and adequate documentation necessary to respond to Corporate or tax authority inquiries in order to ensure compliance with the Company's Corporate policies and tax regulations, and other related work assigned by supervisor and Finance Controller..
2．Intercompany Payable Accounting
- Inter-company payable vouchering and reconcile the balance with related parties, ensure all inter-company balances are reconciled.
- To assist the supervisor work out the internal management report and financial analysis on Accounts Payable, ensure the timely and accuracy of the reports.
3. Policies and Procedures
- Execute daily operation according to tax related policies and procedures; and communicate the policies within the team in case of enquiry/deviation in order to comply with the Corporate policies; continue to improve tax declaration process to meet Government’s request, avoid any tax risk.
4. Audit Support
- Coordinate all tax auditing with tax bureau, external and internal audit.
5. Performance Improvement
- Assist the Supervisor and Finance Manager in identifying potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization and sustain the appropriate internal controls

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- College degree or above in accounting, finance or other related field
- More than 2 years of working experience in tax function and AP function, experience in an MNC or shared service is preferred
- Good tax knowledge, familiar with PRC tax laws and regulations, basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office, familiar with ERP accounting module as a functional end user
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin; good communication skills, integrity, accountability, logical, detail-oriented, self-motivated,
- Ability to work across functions, as a team player;
- Ability to work under pressure, with multi-tasks and independently, able to work in a deadline oriented environment.
