职位描述
Qualification Required :
- College Graduate
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP system is an advantage.
- Hands-on PC skills in various Microsoft applications.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
Experience Expected :
- Minimum of 1 years experience in logistics field.
- Experience in working in trade company is an advantage.
Job Duties :
1.Warehouse management
- Check goods status (broken, leakage, label problem)
- Assist logistics supervisor to do the physical stock movement in warehouse,includes order transact, locator adjustment, daily & monthly stock take, daily stock balance report updated.
- Check and definite damage goods which need to be write off & apply write off procedure.
- Check goods storage condition, vintage and qty vs oracle system on weekly basis.
- Monthly warehouse cost checkage.
- Participate in regular stock count.
- Supervise and performance warehouse service.
2.Delivery Management
- Follow up the delivery status, coordinate transportation company on any issues, includes delivery time, broken, shortage, return goods.
- Monthly delivery cost checkage.
3.Report
- Assist logistics supervisor to do the monthly stock report, write off application, broken report, delivery expense estimate report, estimation of godown rent report, logistics report.
4.Transfer between GZ & SH & RMA goods
- Check up the received goods Qty and quality against with PO.
- Check up the RMA goods qty and quality.
- College Graduate
