1、根据总公司整体发展战略规划，以区域为核心，制定并执行当地市场中期、长期开发策略；
2、带领团队完成总公司下达的月度、季度及年度任务量；
3、依据区域分公司总体发展需要，组建并培训团队；
4、完善和执行分公司管理制度；
5、宣传贯彻和践行公司企业文化，增强公司凝聚力，保证核心骨干的稳定。
职位要求：
1、28岁以上，本科以上学历，管理类或金融类相关专业；
2、五年以上银行、证券、信托等从业经验，两年以上支行副行长或证券公司营业部总经理、信托公司财富中心总经理、第三方理财公司中心副总经理及以上级别管理经验，具有高端客户资源者优先考虑；
3、具有较强的计划、控制、协调能力和表达能力，较强的综合分析能力和驾驭全局的能力；
4、具备出众的领导管理才能和良好的金融业管理理念，熟悉先进的管理模式；
5、有用人、决策和公关等的综合素质，善于与人深入沟通，精力充沛，抗压能力强。
