职位描述：

1、 监督管理公司日常财务活动；

Supervising company daily finance;

2、 向总经理报送财务分析报告、内部管理报告；

Preparing and sending financial analysis report and

internal management report to GM;

3、 管理、提高财务部门的工作；

Managing and improving FA performances;

4、 汇总其他部门经理编制的财务计划，配合其他部门的工作；

Gathering financial plans from other department managers

and supporting other departments’ work;

5、 规定财务职责包括财务报表的编制；

Routine financial duties, including working out

financial reports;

6、 联系财务外部审计，并配合其工作；

Communicate and cooperate with external financial auditors;

7、 对下属人员进行日常管理，包括考核打分、任务分配、协调矛盾、处理突发事件；
Subordinates daily management including assessment, scoring, task assignment, conflict coordination, and dealing with emergencies;

8、 确保准确、透明、合法的会计程序。

Accounting procedures.

任职要求：

1、 本科以上学历，财务、商务管理或相关专业；

University degree, major in finance,

business management or related;

2、 5年以上工作经验（有制造业工作经验者优先）；

At least five years related working experiences

(those with manufacturing background preferred);

3、 很好的英语口头和书面沟通技巧；

Proficiency in oral and written English;

4、 注册会计师优先；

Certified public accountant preferred;

5、 沟通、协调能力强；
Strong communication and negotiation skills;

6、 很强的分析和组织能力。
