Key Responsibilities:
Responsible Asia Pacific cross markets logistics initiative/project implementation, issue analysis and resolving, monitoring service performance, implement improvement opportunity and support reporting.
1/ Issue Handling: Solve Asia Pacific cross market logistics operation issues with market colleagues and 3PL suppliers.
2/ Regional Supplier Review and Selection: Monitor global/regional supplier performance and identify area of improvement. Serving as 3rd party logistics supplier issue escalation window. Joint logistics service bidding selection process
3/Support Project Implementation: Execute/implement Asia Pacific cross markets logistics initiatives, projects and procedures with market resource.
4/ Operation Improvement Implementation: Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices with markets
5/ Reporting: Summarize monthly spending and performance report with the help from 3PL suppliers and markets
6/ Policy Roll out: Roll out global logistics initiatives, policies and procedure from Avon head office. Support FCPA and legal compliance issue related to global/regional suppliers

Responsible Logistics Function Areas including:
1/ International air/ocean freight service
2/ International Express/Small Parcel service
3/ Import country freight consolidation/Hub operation service
4/ Customs brokerage service
5/ Warehousing/DC operation
6/ Domestics delivery service

Covering Markets including:
China, Philippine, Australia, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia

Position Requirement:
1/ Education Required: Supply Chain, Engineering - Bachelor degree or above
2/ About 3-5 years working experience in Freight, Warehousing/Logistics Operations or Planning
3/ High level of analytical skills
4/ High level of systems literacy: Excel/Access/Power point
5/ Excellent English and comfortable with working under a multi-cultural environment
