Requirements:
Qualification:
? Degree in Computer Science or Business Studies
Skills required:
? Strong Oracle skills. Preferably have working knowledge in the implementation/integration of the Oracle system
? Hands-on experience in supporting a software package such as Oracle R11/R12 or other ERP application.
? Possess good project management skill
? Good communication and presentation skill
? Ability to work with end user and external supplier/vendor
? Act as a bridge for the management team and IT team
? Good business acumen
? Good written and spoken both English and Mandarin

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
? Supports the various functional areas supplemented by front-line support by the designated Super User of that area.
? Participates in monthly status review meetings with functional management and super users.
? Aids the functional area in the creation of business systems request/justifications for new development and enhancement requests.
? Aids in training super users on the use of the Company's business systems.
? Maintains customer issues and requests utilizing Company IS's help desk system.
? Able to lead small departmental projects under the supervision of the Manager, Business Systems.
? Ensures process improvement activities are coordinated with all affected areas of the business with the assistance of the Manager, Business Systems.
? Aids in the definition of functional business process or system requirements.
? Creates use cases to drive out requirements and to assist in application testing.
? Analyses and documents process improvements using analytical tools (Visio, etc.).
? Support project management requirements by estimating efforts for assigned tasks and proactively communicating to management when project tasks and timelines cannot be met.
? Adheres to Company IS policies, procedures, and development/ project management methodologies.
? Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases - requirements gathering, testing and user training.
? Represent regional business application needs to corporate IS management.
? Operational business process knowledge in a functional area (Supply Chain, PLM, EDI, Distribution and Finance). China localization knowledge required.
? Ability to maintain consistent, on-going communication with business partners to align expectations and forge long-term relationships.
? Must have ability to multi-task in a highly matrixed organization.
