职位描述：
ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Be able to identify client requirements and proactively sell and cross sell a full range of Citibank products e.g. Cash, Trade, FX, Loans and treasury etc
? Be able to identify opportunities for cross-selling more sophisticated products
? Manage and develop corporate client base with the objective to maximize earnings to the bank
? Initiate and implement new target market names and product business opportunities to expand and diversify revenue streams within X-border constraints
? Maintain good relationship and quality service to corporate clients
? Leverage the global network in furthering interests of the bank
? Coach subordinates to bring them up to the learning curve and to become valuable assets of the bank
? Work together with other staff in different locations in enhancing teamwork across the country

KEY REQUIREMENTS
? University degree or above with 3-5 years of banking experience, fluent spoken & written in Japanese is preferred
? Strong marketing skills and capable to building good relationship with clients
? Have in-depth product knowledge of cash, trade and FX & strong credit & risk management skills
? Fluent spoken & written in both English & Japanese. 举报 分享
