-Provide hardware and software technical support to end users in a LAN/VPN;
-Internet environment,Using Windows 9x/2000/XP. Includes performing diagnostics, troubleshooting and detecting soft/hardware problems on PC systems, LAN network connectivity and internet links;
-Responsabilities:support to end users in standard software (Outlook,Corell Suite, JDE, etc.);
-Installation of computer hardware, software and peripheral devices;
-TCP/IP and W2K3 network administration.

职责：

1. 向使用者提供软件的支持，例如（Outlook，Corell Suite，JDE，etc）
2. 电脑硬件软件和其他外围设备的安装
3. TCP/IP and W2K3的网络管理

4. 给LAN/VPN提供硬件、软件的技术支持；
5. 负责内部系统的使用、维护，如包括 9x/2000/XP，包括PC硬件、软件运行问题的

诊断和解决，以及LAN网络的链通；

要求

有计算机用语的英语基础，能使用英语进行日常的沟通。

学历要求：大专学历
专业：计算机专业
