职位描述：
? Develop and maintain consistent operating processes accordance with guidelines;
? Monitor and ensure ERPM Technology plans delivered in accordance with the business strategy;
? Analyze monthly financial performance and investigate reasons of significant variances;
? Collect data from commercial team and analyze to generate related reports (number of customers, profitability, etc.);
? Identify and deliver continuous improvements to the quality, delivery and support of the internal operating model;
? Proactively review the processes and technologies used to deliver the services
? Prepare financial analysis and forecasts for the use of business decisions and support commercial team to do the forecast;
? Ensure effective support processes are in place, departmental strategies are upheld and objectives are being met, recommending actions as required to remain on track;
? Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

经验要求：
? Bachelor or above degree in Accounting or Finance is required;
? At least three years’ experience in Financial analysis in MNC company, experience with commercial would be a plus;
? Strong analytical and financial analysis skills;
? Advanced skill level with Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office Suite programs is required;
? Advanced knowledge of financial concepts and principles (cash flow, balance sheet, cost of capital, depreciation, tax reporting, etc.);
? Good communications skills, customer service focus, inquisitive, goal oriented and excellent organizational skills;
? Fluent English or extensive experience in MNC English Environment. 举报 分享
