职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Issuing the Notice To Proceed to contractors who will be awarded for EPC or EPC(M) contract after succeeding tendering phases for the realization of the LNG Liquefaction Plant.
- Identifying requirements and contributing to risk allocation during early execution phase.
- Structuring the Project execution (PEP) and supporting the Project Director in developing the governance principles between stakeholders.
- Ensuring that ENGIE HSE Policies are considered as top priority by all stakeholders and contractors. Pushing hard to promote the HSE compliance for the site workers in a remote and country side where HSE awareness is weak.
- Addressing the various needs, concerns and expectations of the stakeholders in planning and executing the project.
- Closely monitor the costs and project’s expenditures aiming to keep control and stick on the project initial budget and schedule.
- Setting up, maintaining and carrying out communications among the shareholder and the Contractors that are active, effective and collaborative in nature.
- Managing stakeholders towards meeting project requirements and creating project deliverables.
- Balancing the competing project constraints, which include, but are not limited to: scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources and risks.
Requirement:
- You have a Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with hands-on experience in project management of realization projects for LNG Plant preferentially in Small Scale LNG Plant.
- You have at least 10 years experience among which some with International Companies as a Project Manager and 15 years experience with the Engineering and construction of LNG Plants. You have ideally also on-site experience on construction in Oil & Gas industries.
- You have proven leadership capabilities and you understand the functioning of multidisciplinary and multi-cultural teams. You know how to coordinate tasks and resources.
- You are a result-driven achiever with a proven capability to understand and solve multi-disciplinary technical problems aiming to meet stakeholder’s satisfaction and project profitability.
- You are good at performing rigorous planning and at assessing project risks. You are known to take initiative and corrective action whenever required.
- You are at ease in contract negotiation and in communication with stakeholder at management levels. You are good at dealing with customers and contractors and you have strong presentation and influencing skills.
- You have very good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- You are willing to travel across China or abroad when necessary, and ready to spend several weeks or months in Xi'an and Yulin if needed 举报 分享
