For our German client, who is world-wide famous for its modern technologies of rail transit products, we are currently looking for a talent for the following position. Job location will be in Shanghai, Pudong, Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, where our German client owns a joint venture company.
Job Objectives:
- Be responsible for an effective management of the whole company, especially in but not limited to Accounting/Finance Controlling, Sales and HR.
- Collect, analyze and report the financial indicators of the company to the board of directors, indicate potential risks, give convincing suggestion for optimization and chances.
- Create and implement, together with the management and the board of directors, the financial and economic strategy of the company.
- Manage and monitor the sales team to ensure the best performance of sales, help dealing with big customers and collecting accounts receivable.
- Inspect and Analyze the HR structure of the company thoroughly, provide with advices for optimization and be responsible for its implementation.
- Be responsible for cost control by supervising the purchasing and outsourcing effectively and strictly.
- Create budgets, inspect and ensure its implementation.
- Ensure a smooth and effective communication with the shareholder’s and the German Headquarters.
Qualifications:
- Age 32-50, based in Shanghai, with Bachelor degree in machinery, business or related discipline.
- At least 8 years working experience with leading function in international companies, with experience in railway-related industry preferred.
- With experience of business finance and cost management.
- Good command of both written & spoken English
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, good team leader.
- Work precisely, systematically and reliably.
- Honest, loyal, full of responsibility.
