COMMUNICATION & PR MANAGER
Purpose of the position
1. To build brand awareness through effective media communication and brand partnership
2. To plan media and PR calendars/ events/ actions
3. To build awareness and corporate image to top of mind of media
Operational missions
Mission 1 : Create and implement communication plan : content, events, media channel selection and relationship building
Mission 2 : Build media relations to maximize brand exposure
Mission 3 : Drive external and internal communication Budget planning & control
Deliver right brand/ product message thru right channel
Build excellent media relations and KOL community to support brand development
Line reporting
Reports to : VP Marketing & Digital
Profile requested
Education : Bachelor degree, bilingual (English/ Chinese)
Job experience : Min. 6 years’ experience in communication and/or product-oriented marketing functions; Experience in hospitality and travel products is strong plus;
Skills requested
Knowledge :
Skills : Excellence in B2C communication, media, PR
Technical skills (tools…) : Microsoft Office
Languages : English, Chinese
Behaviour : Creative, communication / presentation skills, networking, self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit, good sense of quality
List of tasks
Mission 1 : Short term
? Build annual communication calendar and PR plan;
? Identify partnership, cross marketing and KOL/ celebrity endorsement opportunity with cost-efficiency;
? Lead and deliver high quality events, media fam trip and workshops to promote ClubMed brand/ product to media;
? Manage PR agency to build strong media relationship, generate clippings through stories, interviews, product features, and provide timely clippings;
? Support GC resort opening with strong media campaigns and PR materials;
? Lead transversal projects with other functions
Mission 2 : Mid term
? To make Club Med as the most desired brand for media and celebrity for premium holiday;
? To leverage Fosun network and build strong corporate image;
? To link with other BUs on Media partnership and PR initiatives
Mission 3 : Budget planning and control
? Seek opportunities to publicize Company consistently and to manage the budget in an activity-basis;
