1、服装设计相关专业毕业，1年以上童装设计助理工作经验者优先；
2、协助设计师完成流行资讯搜集和市场调研工作；
3、熟悉中大面辅料市场，积极配合设计师的要求，才买新品样衣的面辅料；
4、有一定的美术功底，熟悉操作电脑及相关软件，如Photoshop;Coreldraw；Illustrator等；
5、工作主动积极，有责任感，适应力强，有良好的团队合作精神。
