职位描述

POSITION PURPOSE

The Assistant Trainer (AT) is responsible for the efficient operation of all training and development activities in the department. The activities cover aspects such as, but not limited to, training administration, assisting in delivering of new hire and other trainings that will help associates be successful in their roles.

The AT is expected to work with all Training team members to achieve overall goals of improving associates' performance through personal interaction, coaching, training and other techniques.

The initial role of the Assistant Trainer will be administration but will gradually progress into Trainer subject to readiness.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Be familiar with CCC systems/Property Management System (Opera), business and operating process in order to understand the operating environment and communicate these to associates appropriately
· Execute training administration duties but not limited to:
· Preparing class attendance, and training handouts or materials as required for any training
· Preparing training materials as required for any training
· Ensuring that information relating to associates' training enrolment, completion, feedback, etc are complied, tracked and communicated to the team
· Creating a structured report that enables respective department managers to see all training plan of all associates as part of Development plan
· Maintaining filing and reports in an organized and structured manner
· Tracking course evaluation and prepare report

· Performs training program duties but not limited to:
· Delivering training sessions as outlined in the training roadmap in an engaged and enthusiastic manner
· Providing individual coaching to associates
· Participating in role plays
· Tracking appropriate metrics for training effectiveness measurement
· Developing necessary examination questions, including certification for associates evaluation and assess their performance and readiness accordingly
· Reviewing and be proactive to make changes to training curriculum to ensure that it is current and relevant to present business climate
· Gathering feedback and evaluation from call monitoring & determine appropriate actions are taken to ensure standards are kept
· Grading tests and exercises

Administering and developing e-learning programs and activities for Guangzhou CCC together with Training and QA, AP, Senior Trainer and Assistant Trainer, eLearning, Asia Pacific.
· Support, assist and guide Associates whenever necessary, ultimately enabling them (Associates) to be confident to do their job
· Ensure clear and regular communication on all matters pertaining to training and operational matters to Senior Trainer

REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma and above in any discipline
· Minimum of 1 year in customer contact center focused on sales and customer service or in a similar role
· Strong administrative skills
· Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
· Have attention to details and takes pride in what you do
· Posses Exceptional human relations skills and takes initiative to assist all Associates readily
· Be proactive and have impeccable follow through
· Be open to learning and have a positive demeanor
· A team player
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. An asset to be able to understand other languages / dialects
· Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
