职位描述:

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，英语四级以上，有两年以上同岗位相关经验

2、熟悉外贸公司船务操作及出口单证处理（有从事过拖车，报关，报检，订舱，制作报关资料、产地证、审核信用证等工作经验）

3、良好的沟通能力及协调能力，有强烈的工作责任心，工作细心认真，有耐心，团队精神佳，有良好的职业素养。

岗位职责：

1、出货前整理装箱资料及销售PL

2、按照销售要求订舱
3、安排商检,发出货通知给工厂安排出货,通知技术人员监柜

4、在运输及装柜过程中协调各环节，装柜后,整理实际出货装箱资料
5、准备好整套报关用文件,快递给合作报关行,办理出口通关手续
6、提交补料给船公司,核对提单,及其它所有出口文件的制作
7、与业务部门紧密合作，主动了解和配合业务部门，负责船务的接洽和保证订单顺利执行；
8、船务订舱、出货，与货代沟通，联系报关出口；
9、安排取正本提单或电放提单给客户

10、处理突发事件及完成上级交待的其他事情
