Job PURPOSE
The (Senior) Administration Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and improve the policy on company administration management, complete the setup of administration system, as well as set and implement the administration process;
- Handle building lease and fitment issue to ensure the office environment and facility compliant to operational requirements; Handle admin related projects such as new office layout and decoration projects etc.
- In charge of overall management in areas of office security, safety, environment hygiene, facilities readiness and admin services.
- Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements, preparing budget plan, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs and analyzing variances etc.
- Take responsibility of non-trade material purchasing, fix assets management and vendor management;
- Organize employee activities such as Annual Dinner, Town Hall Meeting etc.
- Manage and coach admin team, including work planning, working assignation, and target setting, as well as performance appraisal etc.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
