职位描述：
1、负责销售业务的策划拓展，完成团队销售业绩目标，线下客户类型包括：各大写字楼白领、服装店、水果店、药店、咖啡厅、酒楼、食品批发档口、美容美发会所、超市、便利店、酒店公寓、物业、健身中心等有饮品需求的客户；
2、负责公司招商拓展策划及执行，线上招商对象包括：中国咖啡快消网商城、淘宝、天猫、京东、1号店、微商、各大食品/茶分销平台等；
3、负责协助挖掘大客户潜在需求，包括：企业礼品定制、OEM/ODM订单客户、区域经销代理商等；
4、在公司的指导下，通过互联网端口分享市场观点，积累个人的社群粉丝，逐步组建并壮大个人团队，沉淀客户资源；

职能要求：
1、专科以上学历，专业不限，工作经验不限，市场/食品/快消品类相关专业或工作经验者优先；
2、热爱营销，有团队意识，愿意从基层做起，对咖啡/茶/食品/快消品行业/电商有浓厚兴趣；
3、销售业绩突出，勇于挑战高薪者优先考虑；
4、认可我司平台，能传播我司集团理念，具有品牌荣誉感；

职业待遇：
1、薪资结构：基本年薪2.5-3万+津贴0-1000元/月（餐饮津贴、通讯津贴、话费津贴等）+5%-15%业绩提成+各项福利（保险福利、假期福利、生日福利、健康体检、人文关怀、旅游福利等）；
2、集团产品多样，客户群体广，业务沉淀，佣金稳定，高额佣金提成5%-15%；
3、工作时间：五天工作制，周末双休，工作时间自由，活动自由；
4、晋升渠道完善：市场拓展专员——市场运营主管——市场经理——营销中心总监（每1-3个月进行一次晋升评级评估）；
