1、协助公司领导和有关职能部门，处理在公司内发生的各种突发事件。
2、熟悉了解客人特点，主动向客人征求意见，积极融洽酒店和客人之间的关系。
3、3-5年4星级酒店以上，大堂经理工作经验，英语流利
4、维护大堂秩序和客人安全，经常保持大堂肃静、优雅和文明。
5、处理客人投诉，针对客人心理正确解决问题
6、监督检查前台的工作质量
7、配合上级领导的指示工作

3, 3-5 years above 4 star hotel, the lobby manager working experience, fluent in English
