web前端工程师

1）深入了解(X)HTML、CSS、DOM，了解主流浏览器差别，编写能适应在各种平台、浏览器上的layout，拥有良好的DOM结构。

2）熟悉Javascript、JAX、JSON，能熟练与后台接口对接测试、开发，对jquery、Ext等框架了解,至少熟悉其中一种框架；

3）良好的编码修养，为后端开发提供易于维护、易用和可扩展性的代码。

4）对网站性能优化、服务端有所了解，对用户体验有深刻了解，对于大型互联网产品的架构设计有实际经验。

4）计算机软件或相关专业本科以上学历；至少二年以上实际开发经验。

5）熟悉后端语言优先；
