1、两年以上实际Java项目开发经验

2、熟练掌握已接触的Java技术，特别是项目中使用过的技术

3、了解已接触技术的原理

4、掌握遇到的问题的解决方法，清楚问题产生的原因，清楚解决方案的原理

5、掌握基本的java框架，如SSH

6、掌握基本的数据库访问技术，如Oracle、SQLServer

7、有js,jsp,html,css经验者优先考虑

8、有需求分析、技术分析、技术文档编写经验者优先考虑

9、有性能优化经验者优先考虑
