Main responsibilities
·Quotations and inquiries for service works
·Producing preliminary work orders /service charts for service jobs
·Production of service reports through the designated system tool(s)
·Preparation of input for invoicing
·All other administrative tasks in the Safety Service Department including department correspondence
Qualifications

Mandatory requirements
·Secondary School
·Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
·Ability to communicate effectively within a multinational environment
·Ability to manage and motivate own and externally employed service personnel
·Ability to work under pressure
·Ability to work on own initiative
·Ability to work independently as well as in a team
·Ability to co-operate across organization lines internally and towards customers
·Systematic and accurate nature
·Computer literate (IFS, Uniserve, Excel, Word, GIMS).
