职位描述：
Job Responsibility:

1. Identify suppliers and perform on-site surveys to assess manufacturing and quality processes to determine suppliers’ technical and quality control capability.

2. Transfer product design and engineering requirements to selected suppliers, working as a conduit between US-based Product development and China suppliers;

3. Help suppliers establish or maintain quality assurance system to ensure consistency in product quality;

4. Meet performance objectives such as on-time delivery and zero defect quality level at parts made by suppliers. Conduct on-site pre-delivery inspections if necessary;

5. Assist other quality-related tasks as needed.


Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, preferred in Material Science or Mechanical Engineering;

2. 2 - 4 years hands-on experience as Supplier Quality Engineer, or Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment;

3. Good Project Management Skills. Must have analytical ability and wills to solve problems in technical, schedule, and cost related areas;

4. Determination to achieve satisfactory results;

5. Ability to work on multiple projects with different stakeholders at the same time;

6. Excellent communicator in both Chinese and English. Fluency in writing English, conversational in oral English
